Returns Eligibility

• Products can be returned only if damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery.

• You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Evidence such as photos or videos must be provided for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable crops

• Bulk agricultural commodities once opened

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling

• Once your return is approved, refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days.
